crowds shouldnt be that bad, so there for neither will your wait times, except for maybe the big rides.

The crowds won’t be too bad that time of year. As for Caribbean Beach, I stayed there a few years back. Its a nice hotel. The only problem I found is that most of the clusters of rooms are so far away from the food court (the only place anywhere near the hotel to get food) that you have to take a small shuttle to it or walk a few miles. There are lots of other hotels on property you can stay at for the same price or less than the Caribbean Beach. Tell your brother about all the thing to do at Downtown Disney like Pleasure Island or Planet Hollywood. They have a lot to do that is not theme park related. Epcot is a great par for “older kids”. I would make him look at the website and find something that he might enjoy.

Go to a bookstore and buy the book “The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World.” There is no better way to plan for a Disne trip. Make sure it is THAT book — not an “official” guide. You will thank me! That week of Feb. should not be too crowded, except it is during Bike Week in Daytona, so there may be bikers on some days. Tou may want to go to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure at your age, rather than Disney!

My family and I go to Disney every year. It’s for every age group, however if your brother is into the thrill rides and so forth he’ll probably enjoy a limited amount of things. He may like MGM. I know guys love the LIGHTS MOTOR ACTION live stunt show. There’s also the tower of terror, aerosmith roller coaster, star tours etc. There’s still tons of stuff for him to do and enjoy.

That’s a good time to go – crowds are pretty low. Most people I know have been happy with the Caribbean Beach. The only concern that I have is if you don’t know, the Dining Plan has been extremely popular. This has caused restaurants to fill up completely, even at the low times of year. So any sit-down restaurants where you want to eat, you will need reservations. And you might have trouble getting them this late. Just something to think about. Personally, food does not make my Disney trip, so I would just eat counter-service. But if eating is a big thing with your group, you need to get on the phone fast to make reservations!
