I have stayed at this hotel myself, and i do not reccomend it. 1st of all there is a ton of buildings, and hardly any rennovation has been done since it was built, and you have to make many stops around the campus just to pick everyone up. It is also very overcrowded, but the pool is very cool, because it has sand on the bottom!

yes. just recently we did.stayed in Jamaica. it was very nice and clean. and just newly remodeled. not sure about the sand at the bottom of the pool. but, they have 3 pools. the in our area was great and there was a nice playground. they have a pretty cool food court. it was not over crowded when we were there.

very spread out compared to other Disney resorts, but has a nice tropical environment. According to the website below, is this tip:
The closest rooms to the main building, Old Port Royale, are found in Martinique buildings 24, 25 and 26, and in Trinidad North buildings 31, 32 and 33.
OPR has the restaurants, bar, merchandise, game room, etc. so being within walking distance to it is a plus. If you request buildings when you make your reservation, the resort will do their best to accommodate.
